By participating in the Fairjungle referral program, you agree to the terms and conditions of the program. Fairjungle reserves the right to accept or decline your participation.
As an authorized Fairjungle referee, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions and understand that any violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your participation in the program.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering and recommending Fairjungle as a referee.
The main purpose of your involvement in the Fairjungle referral program is to recommend our business travel management solution by sharing your positive experience with Fairjungle. As a referee, you are invited to promote Fairjungle to your business contacts through a personalized recommendation via our dedicated online form. When your referred company meets the eligibility criteria defined by Fairjungle, registers with our service and meets the specified business conditions, you will receive financial compensation.
To take part in the program, complete and submit the application form at https://www.fairjungle.com/referral-program.
Anyone wishing to become a referee must apply to take part in the program via the dedicated form. The applicant must be at least 18 years old. Our teams will check that the company of your referred contact meets the criteria indicated and will contact you by e-mail to inform you of the eligibility of your referral. If the referral is eligible, our teams will also get in touch with your referred contact to begin the registration process.
If you decline, you may promote Fairjungle, but you will not be considered a referee and will not receive any compensation as a result of any promotion. You are allowed to participate in the program again.
If, after being accepted into the Fairjungle referral program, a referee loses his or her status for a specific referral program for any reason, he or she will not be eligible to receive the financial compensation associated with that particular referral. However, this situation does not affect the referee's ability to participate again in the program for future referrals. The referee thus retains the possibility of starting the referral process again, using the same e-mail address or under a different name, and of regaining compensation for successful referrals at a later date.
Referees receive compensation worth €100 if the business of their referred contact meets the following criteria and fulfills the following conditions:
Eligibility criteria for the Sponsor's company :
- The referred company must have more than 30 employees.
- The referred company must not already be a Fairjungle customer.
- The referred company must not be in commercial discussion with Fairjungle.
Conditions for validating compensation :
- The referred company must make more than 10 bookings per month for 2 consecutive months during the 3 months offered. These reservations can be of any type: flight, hotel, train, car rental, etc.
- The referred company must complete these bookings. In other words, flights must be taken, hotels must be used, etc.
Sponsorship compensation worth €100 will be sent to the referee in the form of a gift card.
Compensation will only be sent to referees if the referred company meets all the above validation conditions.
Fairjungle reserves the right to terminate a referral at any time, for any or no reason, at its own discretion.
Fairjungle will not be liable for any direct, indirect or incidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any result of intent to harm Fairjungle's program and/or website.
We do not represent that the operation of the Fairjungle Referral Program will be error-free, and Fairjungle will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
The duration of the agreement on the present terms and conditions begins at the time of acceptance of the referee into the program and ends when the 3 months offered by the referred company expire.
Several agreements for a single referee may coexist if the latter has recommended Fairjungle to several referred contacts whose companies meet the eligibility criteria.
A referee may participate in the referral program several times. This means that even after an agreement between a referee and his company has come to an end, the referee can start a new agreement with a new referred contact.
Fairjungle reserves the right to modify, at any time, the present terms and conditions of the referral program, including but not limited to participation rules, eligibility criteria, compensation conditions, and termination procedures. Any modification will come into effect immediately after publication on the Fairjungle site or after notification to participants by e-mail or any other means of electronic communication customarily used by Fairjungle.
Participants are responsible for regularly reviewing the updated terms and conditions. Continued participation in the Fairjungle Referral Program after publication or notification of changes will constitute unconditional acceptance of the new terms and conditions by the participant. In the event of disagreement with the modifications made, the participant has the right to withdraw from the referral program, it being understood that termination of participation is the sole and exclusive remedy in the event of disagreement.
In the event of a translation of these terms and conditions into one or more languages, the language of interpretation will be French in the event of contradiction or dispute as to the meaning of a term or provision.
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of any dispute concerning the validity, interpretation and/or execution of these terms and conditions, the parties agree that the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except in the event of mandatory procedural rules to the contrary.
These terms and conditions come into force on February 14, 2024.
