De Bac Nord à La Flamme, en passant par Le Comte de Monte-Cristo, Mediawan est l’un des principaux studios européens d’audiovisuel. Découvrez comment Fairjungle a aidé Mediawan à gérer ses déplacements professionnels.
Mediawan is a major player in the European audiovisual industry, specialising in the production and distribution of content such as series, films and documentaries. The group focuses on creating high-quality entertainment programmes for television and digital platforms. It has an impressive track record, with works winning awards at prestigious festivals such as Cannes and the Emmy Awards.
Mediawan, with its numerous production teams spread across various shoots, was facing complex logistical and organisational challenges. Travel management for these teams was a real headache, with precise coordination requirements and a need to rationalise costs.
Directors and production assistants needed to be able to manage bookings autonomously, while ensuring that all the intermittents concerned received the necessary information (plane or train tickets, hotel vouchers, etc.). In addition, Mediawan was looking to optimise travel management while ensuring intuitive and comprehensive reporting for better visibility of costs and travel by company.
Fairjungle has enabled simplified, centralised travel management thanks to the efficient, automated breakdown of invoices by company and project codes dedicated to each production. As a result, the finance department benefits from greater clarity and granularity in monitoring expenses. As for production directors and assistants, Fairjungle enables them to make significant productivity gains in managing the travel of intermittents, thanks to the platform's Guests module. Mediawan, aware of the ecological impact of travel by its teams and intermittents, has succeeded in increasing the use of the train - which accounts for 62% of travel - thanks to the FairCarbon engine.
"The tool, which is super intuitive, was very quickly adopted by the operational production teams, who now can't do without it."
Loic Tuitel, Chief Financial Officer, Mediawan.
